Amber Smock

Amber Smock is an organizer in the consumer-led cross-disability movement, locally and nationally. She is a co-coordinator of the Chicago chapter of ADAPT, a national disability rights direct action collective, and coordinates media advocacy for National ADAPT. She is a founding member of Feminist Response In Disability Activism (FRIDA), a women with disabilities direct action group. She is the Director of Advocacy at Access Living, a disability service and advocacy organization.
