Therese Quinn is an Assistant Professor of Art Education at the School the Art Institute of Chicago, and Director of the Bachelor in Fine Arts with Emphasis in Art Education program, which prepares undergraduates for teaching certification. Professor Quinn is Coeditor (with William Ayers) of the Teachers College Press Series, Teaching for Social Justice and a founding member of Teachers Against Militarized Education (TAME). She is currently working on a project (with Erica Meiners) on public feelings, queer political organizing, and the privatization of public education.
